Susanne principally handles trademark and design applications, changes of ownership or name, conflict notices and priority agreements, entitlement requests, renewals, oppositions, and infringement proceedings in the field of trademarks and designs.

She is also responsible for administrative management in Maiwald’s Trademark Department. She is involved with INTA (International Trademark Association) and has successfully organised, conducted and/or supported several seminars in the past, among others at the German Patent and Trademark Office. She has been a member of the INTA Trademark Administrators Outreach Subcommittee since January 2022.
