Joint Symposium on U.S. And European Patent Practice
Oblon and Maiwald invited to the joint symposium “U.S. and European Patent Practice” on 5 June 2017 at the Kimpton Lorien Hotel in Alexandria, Virginia.
On the party of Maiwald Dr Ralf Kotitschke, Alexander Ortlieb and Dr Derk Vos took part in the discussions.
The main topics at the symposium included:
- New developments in patent law: Recent developments at the U.S. Supreme Court, the European Patent Office, and in the European Unified Patent Court, functional language, indefiniteness, and patentable subject matter;
