IP Workshop: Practical Workshop on IP Strategy

On July 16, 2019, Maiwald and Patev held a practical workshop on “IP Strategy” at the Allianz Arena in Munich. The focus of this very well attended event was primarily on the strategic challenges of digitization and artificial intelligence in the IP sector.

Interactively with the highly interested participants, patentable aspects of these two cutting-edge technologies and their judicial enforcement were discussed. After a tour of the stadium, a 7-step concept for the development and implementation of a robust IP strategy was presented, focusing on customer benefit and differentiation in competition.
