Nicole heads the controlling and tax department at Maiwald. She has been with the firm since 2001. Her current function involves regular contact with management and partners as well as with Maiwald’s accounts and human resources departments. Her responsibilities range from preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, to planning and investment statements and regular forecasts. Nicole compiles tax-related data for discussion by the management board and takes responsibility for the continuous refinement and optimization of internal controlling processes and systems. In her capacity as controller, Nicole mixes her affinity for numbers and analysis, not least the combination of interesting thematic fields such as finances, human resources and infrastructure, with strategic and operative responsibility.
