Christian advises and represents national and international clients in patent infringement and validity proceedings. His expertise covers all areas of intellectual property and competition law, with a particular focus on patent, utility model, trade mark and design infringements. In addition to providing comprehensive advice on employee invention law, the enforcement of standard essential patents and product piracy, he drafts and negotiates contracts relating to IP rights and regularly represents clients at national and international professional trade fairs.
A specialist in intellectual property law, Christian regularly publishes scientific articles and gives lectures on current intellectual property issues. He is also an associate lecturer for patent law at the University of Marburg.
