Medtron AG has acquired various patents for angiographic syringes from Pérouse Médical S.A.S. in an asset deal to complement its portfolio as one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of state-of-the-art contrast agent injectors. Furthermore, various supplementary supply agreements were included.
With this international transaction, which included the acquisition of the Angio Syringe patent portfolio, Medtron has added an important product section to its Angio portfolio.
Maiwald Patentanwalts- und Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, in particular Dr Marco Stief, Elke Wurster and Dr Christian Meyer, acted as legal advisors to Medtron AG.
