Maiwald at TMAP 2025 in Berlin, September 28-30, 2025

We are pleased to participate in the INTA Trademark Administrators & Practitioners (TMAP) Meeting 2025 in Berlin. This prestigious event brings together trademark administrators, patent paralegals, young professionals and attorneys working in the field of trademark law.
The diverse conference program will cover current developments in trademark law and practical topics such as the management of well-known trademarks in challenging times, the sustainable destruction of counterfeits under new EU regulations, the impact of artificial intelligence on the similarity of brand names, logos and trademarks, and the use of intellectual property as security.
