At Maiwald, we go to great lengths to ensure that all our colleagues feel comfortable and are constantly trying to optimize ourselves in order to achieve and maintain the most positive working atmosphere possible. The methodology: How is the ranking compiled? The ranking is based on a comprehensive analysis. First, companies with 11 to 500 employees are identified. These companies are then evaluated in an extensive online survey. Both the opinions of employees and external assessments are included in the analysis. To the methodology.
The assessment is based on various criteria: Working atmosphere, career opportunities, salary and company image. Feedback from employees is particularly important. Their satisfaction and experiences in their day-to-day work are crucial. External sources such as online reviews and social media profiles are also taken into account. This comprehensive approach allows the ranking to paint a realistic picture of employer quality in the SME sector.
