We are pleased to announce that Maiwald has been ranked again this year in the field of trademarks by the renowned magazine Managing Intellectual Property (MIP). The ranking recognizes the recommended leading law firms for trademark litigation and dispute handling.
In order to rank the individual firms, numerous companies, IP practitioners and their clients are surveyed each year through interviews, emails and online surveys. In addition, MIP conducts its own independent research, analyzing publicly available information on the firms. Aspects evaluated for ranking firms include expertise, workload, reputation and success in the marketplace, results achieved for clients, and particular strengths in a given practice area.
