We are delighted to announce the release of the 2nd Edition of the Handbook “The Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC)” edited by our partner Dr. Marco Stief. The book provides a detailed insight into the subject and contains all the important case law and legal sources at EU and national level of Germany, the UK, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The 2nd completely revised and updated edition also addresses recent developments including manufacturing waivers and the implications of Brexit.
