Der IAM Strategy Guide listet jedes Jahr die Personen auf, die über herausragende Fähigkeiten bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Maximierung des Wertes von Patenten, Urheberrechten, Marken und anderen IP-Rechten verfügen. Es werden dabei nur jene aufgeführt, die mehrfach von verschiedenen Parteien als hervorragende IP-Strateg:innen genannt wurden.
