Online lecture: Requirements and current legal developments in the field of SPC production and stockpiling exemptions

On May 23, 2024, from 9:00 to 10:30 am, our partner Marco Stief will give a presentation on the requirements and current legal developments in the field of SPC manufacturing and the stockpiling exemption for the member companies of the Bundesverband der Arzneimittel-Hersteller e.V. (Federal Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers). In particular, Marco Stief will address the opportunities and risks for pharmaceutical manufacturers arising from the privileges introduced in 2019 for faster market entry in the European Union or for manufacturing in Europe before the expiry of the respective supplementary protection certificate.
