At Maiwald, we go to great lengths to ensure that all our colleagues feel comfortable and are constantly trying to optimize ourselves in order to achieve and maintain the most positive working atmosphere possible. To be included in the survey, companies must have between 11 and 500 employees and have received enough employee reviews by the deadline. The data is generated by surveying employees via various channels. The result is then calculated based on the number of all evaluations received in relation to the number of employees in the company.
